In October 2019 Junior Orsi organized a brand-new event: Junior Orsi Career Day
The Career Day was a shift from the classic job fair. We focused on companies within the medical/biomedical field. Our aim was that students with a medical/biomedical/engineering background can explore the options that lie ahead. This because many students from this field do not know what the options the future holds, since a specific job fair for students of this profile does not exist.
The magnitude of the importance of such an event cannot be stressed enough because we believe an informed decision is vital for ones future. The career day was the perfect way to gain information and broaden your horizon within your field. Not only this, it presented a unique opportunity to talk to some of the biggest companies in the world.
We hoped that this event and the companies can provide you with some insight into your own future and help you achieve your dreams after your degree.
Asides from connecting with the biggest companies in the word, a couple of workshops on several subjects were hosted. All in the interest field of freshly graduated students.
