At Junior Orsi, we are dedicated to inspiring innovation, and this time, we’re turning the tables: it’s your chance to innovate, create, and pitch solutions to some of the biggest challenges in healthcare.
The Challenge:
In multidisciplinary teams of 4 to 5 students, you will have 12 hours—from 9 AM to 9 PM—to develop an innovative start-up concept that addresses a major healthcare problem. Explore the start-up world, come up with an innovative solution and pitch your start-up idea to a jury of experts! The topic is chosen and presented by Barco and remains top secret until the start of the Hackathon.

To guide and inspire you throughout the day, we’ve assembled a stellar line up of guest speakers and mentors, including renowned experts from Barco and beyond. Expect masterclasses that dive deep into healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, and pitching strategies!
At the end of this adrenaline-fueled day, each team will pitch its ground breaking idea to an impressive jury, including industry leaders from Barco and other health tech pioneers. The winning team will not only earn the admiration of this elite panel but also an exclusive, unforgettable prize.
